We currently offer shipping to the following regions:          

  • Domestic: Austria and surrounding EU countries.
  • International: Please see available options at checkout.

Customs Duties & Taxes

For international orders, please note that additional customs duties or taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility:

Items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for return:

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the delivery date.

  2. Receive Confirmation: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with return instructions.
  3. Follow the instructions: Our team is available to assist you if you need any help or support.
  • Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds:

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund.
  • Amount: The refund will be issued in the amount of the price of the returned item(s).
  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.

International Returns:

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or item, please return your purchase and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@temposport.com with photos and details of the issue. We will work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Non-Refundable Fees

Please note that any original shipping fees, customs duties, or additional charges (for international orders) are non-refundable.
